You can actually feel the dough becoming pasta. The photo where you show the fettuccine on the table is marvelous (3 from bottom)
lisa - me too!!! :) I actually tried making fresh pasta for the first time at home last night and my results weren't quite the same. But I'll definitely keep trying!
